About Us

<<< About Pi Beta Phi >>>

In 1867, at Monmouth College in Monmouth, Illinois, 12 courageous women set out to form a women’s organization that would enrich their lives during college and beyond. They called it Pi Beta Phi. Throughout history, chapters formed at colleges all over the U.S. and Canada to help young women develop meaningful relationships with others while reaching their personal potential. These relationships help sisters adapt to college life by providing a sense of belonging, mutual support, and guidance. Our legacy of philanthropic service, our dedication to promote literacy, and our commitment to our 7 core values help us become friends and leaders for life.

<<< Austin Alumnae Club of Pi Beta Phi >>>

The Austin Pi Phi Alumnae Club was chartered in 1915. Our members are made up of Austin locals, as well as those who reside in the surrounding hill country towns. We are continuously developing our club to add events based on the interests of our members. We support the Texas Alpha chapter of Pi Beta Phi at the University of Texas, finding ways to help and connect with these collegians whenever we can. Contact us if you have any questions on joining or getting started with the club.
